Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original labels attached.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as KAPH is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within the same 14-day window. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, items showing signs of wear, scent, or damage cannot be accepted.

Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@kaphworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide further instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from either our European fulfilment point or directly from our suppliers, depending on product availability. This does not affect your rights under this policy.
